We are in our early sixties. Kathleen is an insurance underwriter for Group Health Cooperative and I own my own business that produces niche products for the high school yearbook industry. Kathleen and I met on the internet more than 14 years ago and we each have kids from previous marriages (Kathleen a daughter-married to a great guy and Jim has one of each, a son who is now engaged--(YAHOO!) and a daughter who is teacher married to State Patrolman) and one GRANDSON--MASON and one GRANDDAUGHTER --MAYLEE. Our hobbies include travel, theater, film, reading and for me, cooking and computers--Macintosh computers. If you are ever in Seattle, I would love to cook for you. There is nothing either of us would rather be doing than sailing with any of our Martini Mates.

This will be our 10th cruise (2nd on X). We've been married 54 years and are a "young" old couple! We do one or two half marathons a year and walk 100 miles a month! Our goal on cruises...no elevators! We're retired and spend our time traveling, reading, walking....pretty boring people just enjoying life. The photos from last month on our Hawaiian cruise on X. Can you tell from the outfits!

We are Danny and Carole (vol fan) Millsaps from The Villages, Fl., as of May of this year. We are both retired from FedEx in Memphis. We are originally from Tennessee but you would never guess it from the way we talk. We have one daughter, Jessica, who is 27 and still lives in Tennessee. We miss her very much.We love to cruise and became Martini Mates on the Century in November of 2012 when we sailed with the Original Martini Mates to Hawaii. On cruises, Danny likes to play poker. We both like to play trivia and sit in the sun and read, go to the shows and go to the beach ashore. Danny is an avid golfer and has been playing since he was 9 years old. I am taking up golf again also, since we moved to The Villages. I've also learned to play Mah Jong. But not very well. We have done the full transit once before and we look forward to doing it once again.

This will be our 15th cruise, 3d with Celebrity and 2d on the Infinity. We have done 2 Alaskan, 3 Transatlantic, 7 Caribbean, 1 Med, and 1 Baltic. Our primary cruise line has been RCL, though we have enjoyed HAL and NCL as well.
We both retired in 2008 and have spent much of that time helping raise our twin boy / girl grandchildren. They will turn 16 in May 2014 so the windshield time for us will go down a lot. Kathleen retired from teaching, both as classroom teacher and principal. Paul retired from 27 years in Army in 1995, but then taught math and coached JV/Soph soccer at Kansas City's all boys Jesuit high school for 13 years. We have 3 children (two sons here in KC and a daughter in San Diego) and 5 grandchildren (3 here and 2 in San Diego). At the end of the cruise, we are looking forward to an early Thanksgiving with our daughter, son in law, and grandsons in SD.
We have been married for over 45 years (our picture is from our 45th anniversary on a Baltic cruise on the Brilliance of the Seas)

Paul owns a Financial Services business and Gail works PT for a Serious Injury Claims assessment business.
2 kids, and one beautiful granddaughter born Jan 26th 2013.
We both play golf and are seriously into ballroom and latin dancing. So wherever there's music and a dance floor, you'll find us!
Enjoy holidays and have cruised before (East & West Med, Carribean). Baltics had been on the wish list for some time, and did that one this year (2013) which is where we met the Preismans & the Bellomos and as a result are now honourary Martini Mates. The badge awarding ceremony at the Molecular Bar on the Eclipse was really emotional and moving, and we are honoured to have become part of such an elite club.
The Panama is another cruise we really wanted to do and knowing it was going to be a big Martini Mates reunion we thought it'd be a great opportunity for us to join you.

Bob is a podiatrist and Kathy is a school administrator. We love to take vacations, cruise, and sightsee now that we have adults instead of children. We're looking forward to expanding our cruising portfolio to include So. America, even if for just a short stop in Cartegena. Our friends think we're cruise nuts, but we haven't been on as many cruises as some of you. Alaska and the Mediterranean are our favorite destinations so far. We hope to branch out to more exotic ports when we are able to retire in 6 or so years.

We have been married almost 34 years and, between us, we have 3 married children and 6 grandchildren (ages 9-15) and our beloved miniature pincher, Maizy.
Our passion is seeing the world and taking our hotel with us. Only cruising offers that option. With so many places left to see, retirement seems to be the only option.

Terry recently retired (12/31/13) from a pharmaceutical company in Chicago and I work for the school district as well as teach dance classes or do choreography from time to time. We love to travel and cruise whenever we are able. Many times that involves trips to visit our son or daughter and son-in-law or Terry's mom or our siblings, all of whom live in other states. Other times it involves travel via our Marriott timeshare. Luckily, our son lives in Ft. Lauderdale so his apartment will most likely be our residence for a few days before the cruise! We look forward to this Panama Canal cruise and meeting all of you!

David and Mickie are both recent retirees in their late 50s and this cruise is their 35th anniversary present. Mickie worked in the financial services business for 32 years, first at a New York firm and then on her own in Chicago. She also teaches finance as an "adjunct" part-time at Lake Forest College near Chicago, and is passionate about her school and students.
David, who was a corporate lawyer, retired from that job in 1992, and stayed at home raising our three children, who are 26, 22 and 19 now. So he retired from his second job as our youngest went off to college last fall.
David and Mickie have taken about ten cruises, mainly with family, but now have done three on their own. Their favorite cruise is generally their "most recent" cruise, meaning they loved them all.
They together started playing bridge 9 months ago, and call themselves "serious beginners" and want to play with "patient" experienced players. David played bass in a rock 'n roll band that played weekends throughout the Chicagoland area. Mickie loves science fiction and sleeping in. Mickie also loves canasta and mah jongg.

We are a retired couple and live in Adelaide South Australia. We are hooked on cruising with over 59 cruises under the belt, mainly with Princess and Royal Caribbean but we have sailed on Queen Mary and P&O Arcadia, Canberra and Oriana in the past. We have just reached Diamond Plus level on Royal Caribbean and Elite on Celebrity and, at this time, we have found we prefer Celebrity Cruises. Needless to say preparation for, and the sailing on, cruises consumes a lot of our thoughts and time. We will be traveling to Fort Lauderdale on Royal Caribbean OASIS of the Seas from Southampton to board Celebrity Infinity in Fort Lauderdale on 27 October for the 8 day Eastern Caribbean cruise and staying on for this cruise through the Panama Canal to San Diego. We look forward to meeting our fellow passengers.
